画画颜料需要办理MSDS报告吗

MSDS的英文全称为MaterialSafetyDataSheet，即化学品安全说明书，亦可译为化学品安全技术说明书或化学品安全数据说明书。是化学品生产商和进口商用来阐明化学品的理化特性（如PH值，闪点，易燃度，反应活性等）以及对使用者的健康（如致癌，致畸等）可能产生的危害的一份文件。

颜料基本成分都不外乎色料（色素粉）、载色剂和溶剂三种。颜料主要应用于涂料、油墨、印染、塑料制品、造纸、橡胶制品和陶瓷等行业，颜料MSDS必须提供完整的产品信息！

MSDS报告应具备以下内容：
