(二)标本采集种类

用于实验室确认猴痘的推荐标本类型是皮肤病变标本，包括病变皮疹、痘疱表面和/或渗出物的拭子、痘疱液、痘疱表皮或痘痂。

同时，需采集病例急性期呼吸道标本（咽拭子）和急性期血液标本，可根据临床表现与采样时间间隔进行采集;血液标本尽量采集发病后7天内的急性期EDTA抗凝血。采集量5ml,以空腹血为佳，建议使用含有EDTA抗凝剂的真空采血管。

其他研究材料如直肠和/或生殖器拭子、尿液、精液根据需要采集。
