产品负责方(制造商或进口商)将产品在FCC指定的合格检测机构对产品进行检测，做出检测报告，若产品符合FCC标准，则在产品上加贴相应标签，在用户使用手册中声明有关符合FCC标准规定，并保留检测报告以备FCC索要。

根据Departmentof Healthand Human Services(HHS,美国卫生及公共服务部)法规“42CFRPart84”，NIOSH将其认证的防颗粒物口罩分为9类。

 根据口罩中间滤网过滤特性分为下列三种：

 100等级：表示最低过滤效率为99.97%；

 99等级：表示最低过滤效率为99%；

 95等级：表示最低过滤效率为95%；

 按滤网材质的最低过滤效率，又可将口罩分为下列三种等级：

 N系列：N代表Notresistanttooil，可用来防护非油性悬浮微粒。

 P系列：P代表oilProof，可用来防护非油性及含油性悬浮微粒。

 R系列：R代表Resistanttooil，可用来防护非油性及含油性悬浮微粒。

 N95型口罩，是NIOSH（美国国家职业安全卫生研究所）认证的9种防颗粒物口罩中的一种。“N”的意思是不适合油性的颗粒（炒菜产生的油烟就是油性颗粒物，而人说话或咳嗽产生的飞沫不是油性的）；“95”是指在NIOSH标准规定的检测条件下，过滤效率达到95%。N95不是特定的产品名称。只要符合N95标准，并且通过NIOSH审查的产品就可以称为“N95型口罩”。

FCC Part 90 -Private Land Mobile Radio Services includes Paging Devices and Mobile Radio Transmitters, covers land mobile radio products such as high- powered walkie-talkies

FCC Part 95 -Personal Radio Service, includes devices such as Citizens Band (CB) transmitters, radio-controlled (R/C) toys, and devices for utilization under the family radio service
