（1） General inspection

         一般检查

Peripheral blood leukocytes are normal or increased, and platelets are normal or decreased. Some patients may have elevated transaminase levels, decreased blood urea nitrogen levels, and hypoproteinemia.

外周血白细胞正常或升高，血小板正常或减少。部分患者可出现转氨酶水平升高、血尿素氮水平降低、低蛋白血症等。

（2） Etiological examination

          病原学检查

1. Nucleic acid detection: monkeypox virus nucleic acid can be detected in skin rash, blister fluid, scab skin, oropharyngeal or nasopharyngeal secretion and other samples by nucleic acid amplification detection method.

   核酸检测：采用核酸扩增检测方法在皮疹、疱液、痂皮、口咽或鼻咽分泌物等标本中可检测出猴痘病毒核酸。

2. Virus culture: monkeypox virus can be isolated by collecting the above samples for virus culture. Virus cultivation should be carried out in biosafety laboratories at or above the third level.

病毒培养：采集上述标本进行病毒培养可分离到猴痘病毒。病毒培养应当在三级及以上生物安全实验室开展。
