Case selection

The total number of clinical cases shall not be less than 3000. Clinical patients shall be used for clinical research, and blood donor samples shall not be included as clinical cases. It should include cases that are easy to interfere with blood type identification, and try to select patients with multiple diseases (such as cancer patients, patients with autoimmune diseases, patients with blood diseases), the elderly, children (different age groups), etc. The distribution of blood groups should be balanced as far as possible. Each ABO blood group should have statistical significance. It is recommended that no less than 50 RhD negative samples be taken.

研究对象选择

临床试验应选择具有特定症状/体征或有相关病史等人群作为研究对象。申请人在建立病例纳入标准时，应考虑到不同人群的差异，尽量覆盖各类适用人群。在进行结果统计分析时，除总体病例数的要求外，建议对各类人群分层进行数据统计分析。考虑到大样本统计学的要求，临床研究中阳性样本总例数以不少于80例为宜。对于阴性病例的选择，也应考虑到交叉反应的需要，以从临床角度考察其分析特异性。

样本应明确抗凝剂的要求、存贮条件、可否冻融等要求及避免使用的样本。实验中，尽可能使用新鲜样本，避免贮存。如无法避免使用贮存样品时，注明贮存条件及时间，在数据分析时应考虑其影响。

如果声称同时适用于血清/血浆/全血样本，那么血清（或血浆或全血）的试验例数按照《关于发布体外诊断试剂临床试验技术指导原则的通告》（国家食品药品监督管理总局通告2014年第16号）的要求，并同时在至少两家临床试验机构共验证不少于100例受试者的自身血清、血浆和/或全血样本测试结果间的一致性（采用考核试剂评价），其中不同浓度样本分布情况与总例数中分布情况应一致。
